Reservation / Deposit:
- Please call or email for rates and availability.
- We accept cast, travelers checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
- We do not accept checks.
- A $100 depost is required to secure your stay - just pay the balance when you arrive.
- Each Cottage and Motel room has a maximum occupancy that is strictly enforced (includes children).
Cancellation:
- Deposit is non-refundable with less than 72 hour notice (3 days).
- There will be a $50 charge for cancellation of greater than 72 hours.
- No refund for early check-out or due to weather.
Check-In / Check-Out:
- Check-In is a 4pm eastern time.
- Check-Out is at 11am the day you are leaving.
- No late check-out is offered.
Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all cottages and motel rooms.
- Smoking is allowed outside and at the pool area. Please use the receptacles for disposal of cigarette butts.
Pets:
- For legal and sanitary reasons, no pets of any kind are allowed in rooms, cottages, or the property.
Fireworks & Firearms:
- No fireworks of any kind are allowed on the property.
- No firearms of any kind are allowed on the property.
Campfires:
- Campfires are allowed in provided areas only.
- Firewood is not supplied
- Campfire must be supervised at all times by an adult of at least 21 years of age.
